205 North Quay – Cbus Property

A $600 million, 30-level premium office tower designed by Richards & Spence, Hassell and REX, delivered by Hutchinson Builders. Opened December 2024 and now fully tenanted.

The brief: A film that captures the building’s design and its approach to work and wellbeing: the sculptural façade, the subtropical public realm and the way the tower meets the street, for Cbus Property’s leasing and brand communications.

What we delivered: The official 205 North Quay film for Cbus Property, plus cutdowns.
